Couples Massage:-

$70/hour per person, $100/90 minutes per person

Couples, friends, mothers and daughters, and family can receive simultaneous massages in separate rooms.

Myoskeletal Alignment Technique:-

Myoskeletal alignment technique (MAT) is a type of bodywork which blends the principles of osteopathy and structural integration to relieve chronic pain, and to reduce the potential for the emergence of pain which could become chronic over time. This technique is often integrated into regular massage and bodywork sessions, and it can also be used alone to treat systemic problems. The focus of this technique is on back and neck pain in particular, since this type of pain is extremely common in the industrialized world.

Deep Tissue Massage:-

Myofascial, Myoskeletal Alignment and Stretching Techniques are used to release constrictions deep within the muscle layers and soft tissue to promote a more natural and comfortable alignment of the body. Hot Stones may also be used to help relax muscles.

Hot Stone Massage:-

Relaxes the body by balancing the ki (body energy) to restore and improve health.

This style of massage can be gentle and calm to relieve stress, or deep and penetrating to reduce significant back, neck and shoulder tension. The warm stones help to relax the muscles.

Thai Massage:-

Is performed on a floor mat in loose and comfortable clothing.
