This workshop ‘Focus, Be Happy, Create Your Life’, will explore this simple but powerful philosophy, and show how you can manifest whatever you want as your life experience. Whether it’s health, wealth or a special relationship, you can have whatever you want.

We will explore different tools to use to positively affect your emotional state (BE HAPPY), focus your mind, and eliminate self doubt and other negative input.

Join Sarah and Dain Frank for this experiential weekend and be prepared to think and feel your way to a new life experience!

Dain & Sarah Frank are co-owners of "A Quiet Moment", a Natural Therapy Center and Day Spa located in Blue Hill, Maine. They are both licensed and certified Massage Therapists and have led workshops, educational activities and outdoor adventures together and separately for over 20 years. Dain is a Coastguard licensed captain and Maine licensed Sea kayak guide. Sarah is also a Maine licensed Sea kayak guide , is a Certified Yoga Instructor and has led educational activities for National Parks worldwide.
They are frequently asked how they manage to live the life they do.
This workshop will answer that question!
